Key points
- The KPIs. The KPIs are a broad set of agency-level measures defined in Annex A. Because they support a long-term Strategic Plan, some may not be measurable now, so baseline data is set in CY 2011 and measurement starts in the following years.
- Operational KPIs and review. Operational level KPIs consistent with the agency-level set will later be formulated and cascaded to National, Regional and District Offices. The KPIs are revisited annually and updated if needed.
