RMO No. 89-98: Amends pertinent provisions relative to the raffle of sales invoices and receipts under the “Humingi ng Resibo, Manalo ng Libo-libo, Part 2” raffle promo

1. Number of raffles. There will be 115 District Raffles and 19 Regional Raffles, both drawn on January 30, 1999. One National Raffle is held on April 10, 1999.
