Key points

  1. Deferred new forms. Under CSC Resolution No. 08-0623 dated April 14, 2008, use of the new SALN Forms (Baseline Declaration and Annual Declaration Forms) is deferred until next year.
  2. 1994 SALN form allowed. The 1994 SALN form may be used to report information as of December 31, 2007, to be submitted to the proper office on or before April 30, 2008.
  3. Forms already filed. SALNs filled out and submitted on the new forms before the Resolution are considered compliant with the Constitution, laws and rules on Public Disclosure.
  4. Information drive. All CSC Regional and Field Offices are directed to hold an information drive on the guidelines for filling out and submitting the new SALN forms.
