RMO No. 46-98: Amends RMO No.73-94 by revising the format and procedures in the preparation of the “Report on Drastic Changes in Collection Performance” (BIR Form No. 1771)

1. Revenue District Officer. The RDO accomplishes the revised BIR Form No. 1771 monthly. The RDO submits it to the Regional Director not later than the tenth working day of each month.
2. Regional Director. The Regional Director prepares a regional analysis of the drastic change in collection, based on the forms submitted by the RDOs. The report goes to the Statistics Division not later than the 15th working day of each month.
