  1. Report contents. Concerned offices give the Office of the Commissioner, through channels, monthly reports on total assessments based on Final Assessment Notices issued for the period (total basic taxes only) and on total collections for the period with details as to source.
  2. Where reports go. National Office units submit directly to the Office of the Commissioner. Regional Office units submit first to the Office of the Regional Director, which submits the reports in the required formats.
  3. Deadline. The deadline is the same as for the Monthly Report of Collection (1209). Reports for January to October 2007 are due on or before November 22, 2007, one separate report per month.
